Waiver of Liability

Each player acknowledges that in consideration of his or her being allowed to participate that he or she will forever hold harmless the Kincardine Adult Soccer Association (KASA), its officers, directors, members, the cities, towns, and their parks & recreation departments in which the competition will be played, from injury or damage which might be suffered by such player as a result of his or her participation in such soccer activity.  Each player further acknowledges that an element of risk is associated with the game of soccer, as in any sports activity and that he or she specifically assumes such risk. Furthermore, KASA strongly recommends the use of shin pads when playing as well as the removal of all jewelry.

I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, that I have executed this agreement voluntarily, and that this agreement is to be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and representatives.
